This division is responsible for:

• The payroll accounting and personnel functions of the Agency, including coordinating, monitoring, and resolving grievances and employee labor relations issues;
• Ensuring implementation of the Equal Opportunity Program and the American Disabilities Act, and providing human resources information services.
• Performing recruitment and examination activities;
• Monitoring risk management and worker's compensation programs;
• Managing referrals from the Council, City Administrator, and constituents to the Public Works Agency.
